Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug, but not too tight.

With your arm bent slightly, measure from the base of the center back of your neck, along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone.

Our Heavy Bag material is loomed from 100% upcycled and recycled materials, so it’s as soft on the environment as it is against your skin. The 8-oz weight gives this shirt a substantial feel that will be ready for the ringer for years to come.
