Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug, but not too tight.

Arm
With your arm bent slightly, measure from the base of the center back of your neck, along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone.

At only 5 oz. this custom developed 100% organic cotton fabric is the perfect companion for when the mercury rises. While traditional cotton uses 25 percent of the world's pesticides, our organic cotton doesn't use a drop. A better shirt, responsibly built for the long haul.
