How to Measure

Waist
Button your pants if applicable and lay it flat. Measure edge to edge along the back waistband, with the waist pulled flat but not stretched. Then, multiply this number by two.

Rise
Measure from the crotch seam straight up to the middle of the front waistband.

Thigh
Measure straight across the leg about an inch down from the crotch.

Knee
Measure 13” from the crotch seam. From there, measure straight across to get the knee measurement

Leg Opening
Measure from one side of the leg opening to the other.

Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist, typically an inch above your belly button. The tape should be snug, but still sit comfortably around your waist.

Material
This 6-oz. blend of organic cotton, nylon, and spandex has a soft, substantial hand feel, and we’ve applied a durable weather-resistant coating to prevent the rain from derailing your day. An internal drawcord makes quick fit adjustments a breeze, and for extra versatility we’ve equipped the aptly named Adventure Short with a handful of utility-focused pockets (complete with drainage holes) and a comfy elastic back waistband.
