Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug, but not too tight.

Arm
With your arm bent slightly, measure from the base of the center back of your neck, along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone.

Material
Because The Heavy Bag Tee uses upcycled and recycled yarns—which are shredded and respun—it emits only trace amounts of CO2 and is the first truly waterless fabric. For reference: this tee would take roughly 1,200 gallons of water to manufacture conventionally.
