Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug, but not too tight.

With your arm bent slightly, measure from the base of the center back of your neck, along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone.

Material
Developed during British imperialism in locales from India to the B.V.I., the light and airy quality to the seersucker weave makes for a fabric that lays away from the skin, allowing for greater air circulation when your body needs it most.
