How to Measure

Chest
Button or zip up your jacket and lay it flat on a hard surface. Measure across the chest area of the jacket about an inch down from the underarm seam, and double that for the full chest measurement.

Shoulder
Measure straight across the back of the jacket, from one shoulder seam to the other.

Sleeve Length
Measure from the top of the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff. Next, measure from the center back of the neck seam to the shoulder seam. Add these two values to get your sleeve measurements.

Length
Measure straight down the back of the jacket, from the center of the neck seam to the bottom of the hem.

Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug, but not too tight.

Arm
With your arm bent slightly, measure from the base of the center back of your neck, along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone.

Description
The Shop Shirt has always been a workhorse, but for this iteration we took it to the next level with an awesome organic cotton flannel lining to keep you well-equipped for winter. Featuring two oversized patch pockets with button-through flaps, double-panel front yoke detailing, and a tidy flat hem, this is a masterclass in sophisticated workwear. Don't hesitate to put it through the wringer, either—it gets better with age.
Material
Boss Duck is a true performance fabric. It wasn't easy to nail the perfect balance between out-of-the-box comfort and high-performance durability, but the final product was well worth the effort. Plus, because it's built with hemp, recycled polyester, and organic cotton (with a touch of stretch for comfort) it's easy on the environment. This Stone finish—which really makes the Camo flannel lining pop—will develop some awesome character as you break it in.
