Waist
Button your pants if applicable and lay it flat. Measure edge to edge along the back waistband, with the waist pulled flat but not stretched. Then, multiply this number by two.

Rise
Measure from the crotch seam straight up to the middle of the front waistband.

Thigh
Measure straight across the leg about an inch down from the crotch.

Knee
Measure 13” from the crotch seam. From there, measure straight across to get the knee measurement

Leg Opening
Measure from one side of the leg opening to the other.

Wrap a measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist, typically an inch above your belly button. The tape should be snug, but still sit comfortably around your waist.

So with cooler weather upon us, we’re upping the cozy factor on these time tested TS favorites by giving the interior a thorough brushing, adding lift to the fibers and creating a richly textured surface that’s incredibly soft on the skin. Finished with some eye catching printing on the inside for a subtle pop of character to show off with a few rolls of the hem. Durability, comfort, and timeless style; The Democratic Brushed Back Jean in Sawyer Wash Organic Selvage is a fall/winter workhorse that you’ll be reaching for every day of the week.
Material
Selvage denim is an art form in and of itself, and it’s spawned a whole subculture full of denim enthusiasts who wouldn’t dream of wearing anything less. We kicked it up another notch by using only 100% organic cotton that’s just as tough and versatile as the conventional stuff, but a whole lot gentler on the environment. This Brushed Back iteration sports a soft, almost fuzzy interior for a huge boost in cozy comfort that doesn’t compromise on our denim’s legendary durability. Cuff them with pride, wear them for decades.
