In The Seafarer Sweater, a heritage coastal style finds contemporary practicality. Drawing inspiration from the rugged knitwear sported by the likes of Ernest Hemingway, The Seafarer boasts a timeless funnel neck design with richly textured detailing throughout. As the name would suggest, we built this sea dog to take a licking, developing character with each season of wear.
The dominant fiber in The Seafarer is an extrafine merino wool certified by the Responsible Wool Standard to ensure social and environmental responsibility at every stage of production. To that, we’ve added a healthy helping of nylon for extra durability and a touch of alpaca to lend The Seafarer some natural flecking. Cut to an easy-wearing funnel neck silhouette and finished with knit detailing at the collar and cuffs.
- 65% RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) extrafine merino wool, 30% recycled nylon, 5% alpaca.
- 3 gauge yarn.
- 1x1 rib funnel neck collar.
- 2x2 rib on cuffs and bottom opening.
- Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry, or dry clean.
- Made in China.
