Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug, but not too tight.

Arm
With your arm bent slightly, measure from the base of the center back of your neck, along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone.

Softer and burlier than your old little league tee—we sew each Heavy Bag Shirt from custom developed textiles made entirely from upcycled and recycled yarns. 100% waterless, 100% soft and 100% built for the long haul.
Material
Utilizing upcycled and recycled yarns, which are shredded and respun, this is the first truly waterless fabric and emits only trace amounts of CO2. Hint: This long-sleeve would take about 1200 gallons of water to make conventionally.
