How to Measure

Chest
Button or zip up your jacket and lay it flat on a hard surface. Measure across the chest area of the jacket about an inch down from the underarm seam, and double that for the full chest measurement.

Shoulder
Measure straight across the back of the jacket, from one shoulder seam to the other.

Sleeve Length
Measure from the top of the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff. Next, measure from the center back of the neck seam to the shoulder seam. Add these two values to get your sleeve measurements.

Length
Measure straight down the back of the jacket, from the center of the neck seam to the bottom of the hem.

Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug, but not too tight.

Arm
With your arm bent slightly, measure from the base of the center back of your neck, along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone.

A rugged Parka cut from our signature, double-sided performance Wool Beach Cloth. The outer shell is a hearty seed stitch, and the blanket-striped liner nods to vintage workwear. The fabric is a proprietary blend of virgin wool, cotton, and nylon for decades of softness and resilient fit. There’s pockets for days, a two-way zipper, and a hood for added coverage, all in a tailored cut that adds sophistication and style to your outerwear collection.
Material
A cozy blend of virgin wool with nylon and cotton. The outside of the fabric is seed-stitched, with tiny, subtle ridges. The jacket has nothing to do with the beach; rather, the name references the inventor’s name, who created this blended wool at the start of the 20th century. Nylon is a miracle fiber when it’s blended with wool. Not only does it add warmth, but it makes the jacket softer while adding loft and strength to the fibers for a cold weather essential that will keeps it’s fit season after season, year after year.
