Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The tape should be snug, but not too tight.

With your arm bent slightly, measure from the base of the center back of your neck, along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone.

Material
Because The Heavy Bag uses upcycled and recycled yarns—which are shredded and respun—it's 100% waterless and emits only trace amounts of CO2. For reference: this tee would take roughly 1,200 gallons of water to manufacture conventionally. That's a lot of hydration!

It takes over a thousand gallons of H2O to build a typical, no-frills T-shirt conventionally. That doesn’t sit right with us, so we came up with Heavy Bag, a proprietary blend of up-cycled and recycled fibers that requires little to no water to manufacture.
